Smith House is your entry point to Mount Royal Park. Visitors can enjoy a friendly RECEPTION SERVICE open year-round. Take advantage of our NATURE BOUTIQUE where you can find educational gifts and original souvenirs of the mountain. You can also visit the PERMANENT EXHIBIT in Smith House that presents an overview of Mount Royal, from its flora and fauna, to its geology and human history.

  THE MOUNT ROYAL CONSERVATION PATROL
 
The patrol takes action to minimize the impact of the number of visitors on the natural environment, while sensitizing park users to the preservation of the mountain’s fragile ecosystem.

  PEDAL BOAT RENTALS ON BEAVER LAKE
 
Tickets on sale at the dock and at the rental counter in the Beaver Lake pavilion. Maximum two adults per pedal boat. Cancelled in the event of rain.

The Forests of Mount Royal: An Endangered Biodiversity and The Hidden Face of Mount Royal: Discovering the Park’s Little-Known Treasures: Travelling animation activities on two alternating themes in the Beaver Lake sector, on Olmsted Road and on the Kondiaronk Belvedere.
