The Mount Royal Conservation Patrol takes a hands-on approach to improve park visitors’ understanding of environmental problems and concerns on Mount Royal. Composed of employee-patrollers and volunteers, the Patrol’s actions aim to minimize the impact of frequent visits to different areas of the park and to encourage more responsible behaviour on the part of park visitors.
