HOW TO REGISTER

Spaces are limited and early registration is encouraged.

To help you fully enjoy your Tuques Bleues experience, please download a copy of the Guidebook for Participants.

Registration is $250 per person. For every ticket sold, a tax receipt will be issued for the donation portion valued at $125.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration by mail

You may register by completing and returning the registration form by mail or by fax with your payment, no later than February 20, 2013 (cheque made payable to Les amis de la montagne).

RELEASE WAIVER

I have full knowledge of and assume the risks of my registration to the event selected as part of the Tuques Bleues Celebration. I hereby discharge the organizers, volunteers and sponsors of the event from all responsibility for my participation therein. I declare that I am physically fit to complete this event. I authorize any medical personnel to intervene on my behalf according to his or her competence, if deemed necessary. I am also aware that I am responsible for the return of the “ChampionChip” chip to the organizers immediately after the event. By failing to do so, I accept to pay the sum of $40. I further authorize Les amis de la montagne to use my name, any photographic and video image of me and/or my guest for the promotion of this event.
