
Musée des Hospitalières de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal
Inaugurated in 1992, the Musée des Hospitalières de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal recounts the history of the foundation of Montréal and Hôtel-Dieu, founded by Jeanne Mance, and that of the Hospitalières de Saint-Joseph and their mission of caring for the sick.
Activities
The museum has a collection of 20,000 objects and works of art, related to religious life, medicine, healthcare and ethnology from the 17th to the 20th century.
